hey guys, i'm from asia and i'm a great fan of football since when i was like 4. i don't understand why is there such great rivary between teams that originate from the same location. i mean teams like arsenal and man united, they both compete for the title almost every season, so it's understandable why there's rivalry between them. i'm an arsenal supporter, and i dont understand why there's this huge rivary between us and tottenham. since both of them are from north london, i was thinking there should be more support rather than hating the other team. another example. scotland and england. since both are part of the country United Kingdom, and since scotland cant make it in the world cup or euro finals, shouldnt scottish fans support the england team??? i mean it's like u having a brother. u two take an examination together, and u didnt score well. but u would wish your brother to score well, wouldnt you?? can any1 please explain this situation to me??? thanks...
